Ignite Talk

Today we will tell you a little bit about our experiences during our STEM reading sessions.

The Children’s and Youth Library of the ZLB regularly organizes reading sessions for preschoolers where we show and read picture books. Afterwards, we choose a suitable STEM experiment to do together with the participants. It can be some hidden STEM topic that is mentioned somewhere in the story.

And the best thing is: you don’t have to be a scientist to set up an experiment for children.

Hosts
