We talk a lot about the new services and programs we create. What we don’t talk about is how to retire those programs that no longer support the library’s mission and may be holding us back. We don’t have unlimited resources, so we must strategically use our resources to serve our community’s changing needs.

In this program, we will explore how to guide staff through the process of letting go and help them build a bridge to a new beginning.
