Ignite Talk

Last year Library Kennemerwaard began the project JobFlow which is designed to help young people (without a so-called starting degree) to enroll in a new study or to find suitable work/internships.

For this project, the library took two approaches in connecting with users: drop-in nights at the library and a local partnership with StadsFabriek to offer online-learning modules via the e-learning platform Ozone.

Organization Advisor for Library Kennemerwaard in Alkmaar, Netherlands.

He started there as an intern for his Bachelor in Social Work. After he graduated, he went on to get a pre-masters in Business Studies and now works fulltime while earning an MBA at the Business School Netherlands. As an Organization Advisor he works on strategic difficulties at Library Kennemerwaard. He analyzes the different situations and advises the library based on his own knowledge and input from the teams.
