Julie Broch-Mikkelsen & Signe Sindberg

Julie Broch-Mikkelsen is a Senior consultant at Gladsaxe Libraries. She earned a degree in Art history, Aesthetics and Culture studies from Aarhus University, as well as a diploma in Leadership. Using design thinking tools, she works within the field of change management and citizen engagement. She focuses on working with citizens and local communities to make smart and relevant decisions when developing local library branches and services.

Signe Sindberg is a Senior consultant at Gladsaxe Libraries. She earned a degree in Literature, Aesthetics and Culture studies from Aarhus University, as well as completing course work in process facilitation. She works within the field of change management, organization development, and citizen engagement. Her focus is on developing libraries for the future, with colleagues and citizens, using design thinking and creativity.
