- Go on a speed date with a newcomer
Session
All across Europe, libraries are taking up new leadership roles within their local contexts. Transforming into community libraries, they are increasingly focusing on social inclusion, lifelong learning, and participatory citizenship.
In the Erasmus+ project NEWCOMER, library organizations from seven different countries are exchanging best practices and experiences as they interact with their communities.
Through these exchanges they have started to build a transnational network of libraries who are on a new frontier of community librarianship. You can be part of this movement, too!
Connect with our network by going on a speed date with a NEWCOMER alum, and take your first steps to becoming an international community librarian!
Maximum capacity: 50 people
