Don’t miss the closing festival party Tuesday evening

Join us to celebrate Next Library 2023 at the Festival Party in the woods. This will be a Next Library party like you have never seen before.

We will take the Next Library Party to the woods – a 15 minutes drive from city center. You can enjoy food, open bar, music, networking, fun, dancing and special surprises. Everything is included.

Transportation to and from

We are off to the party from 4.30 to 5 pm in shuttle busses from Dokk1 – and there will be shuttle busses to take you back later in the evening from 22.00-01.00

Program

4.30-5 pm: Shuttle busses will leave from Dokk1

5.30: Welcome to the party / Optional tour around Grim Festival

6 -8 pm: Food court is open. You can enjoy:

• Rice-nodel salad with homemade soybean tofu w. garlic/soy sauce and fresh greens.
• Homemade vegetarian springrolls w. greens, sweet chili & mayo dip
• Flatbread w. homemade falafel (chickpea rolls), pickled chili, salad, vegan dressing
• Manaish; freshly baked arabic bread with onion, chili and halloumi cheese

8 pm: Get ready to dance: we have booked one of the best party bands in Aarhus. There will be dancing in the woods!

8 pm: The ice cream bar will open

• “Hardi’s icecream” Italian gelato and sorbet from the local “Voel Dairy” – made with local produce.

10 pm: First shuttle bus for Aarhus will leave.

10.30 pm: Late night hotdog bar will open

01.00: Good night

Please note that the festival party closes at 01.00 and not at 00.00.
