Introduction to Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL) is given by Ramune Petuchovaite.

EIFL – an international not-for-profit organization – works with libraries in developing and transition economy countries to enable access to knowledge for education, learning, research,  and sustainable community development.

The EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) is a programme of EIFL. EIFL-PLIP supports public libraries to expand access to information and address community needs by introducing new kinds of services that use digital technology.
